By using InviteAura you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

InviteAura provides a digital invitation card creation and sharing service. Users create cards, pay a one-time fee per card, and share them via WhatsApp and other platforms.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when signing up.
• You are responsible for maintaining account security.
• One account per person.

4. Payments and Refunds

• All payments are one-time per card.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
• Cards are created immediately after payment confirmation.
• Refunds are not available once a card has been successfully created and delivered.
• If a technical error prevents your card from being created after payment, contact us for a full refund.

5. Content Rules

Users must not create invitation cards for:

• Illegal events or activities.
• Events promoting hate, discrimination, or violence.
• Fraudulent or misleading purposes.

InviteAura reserves the right to remove cards violating these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

• Template designs are owned by InviteAura.
• The event details and photos you provide remain yours.
• By uploading photos you grant InviteAura permission to store and display them as part of your card.

7. Limitation of Liability

InviteAura is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of our service beyond the amount paid for the specific card in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of InviteAura constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India.
